Rules of the Campings Liberté Contest

Article 1: Organization of the Contest

The company Campings Liberté, whose headquarters is located at 68 rue d’Hauteville, 75010 Paris, registered with the trade register under the number 981138761, is organizing a free contest with no purchase necessary.

Article 2: Conditions of Participation

The Contest is open to any individual of legal age residing in mainland France, except for employees of the organizer and their families, as well as anyone who participated in the development of the Contest.

To participate, each entrant must:

1. Complete the online entry form available on the Campings Liberté website.

2. Accept these rules.

Article 3: Duration of the Contest

The Contest will take place from August 6, 2024, to August 31, 2024, at midnight (Paris time). Any entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

Article 4: Participation Terms

To enter the Contest, participants must:

- Complete the online entry form available on the Campings Liberté website.

Each participant may only enter once. Any attempt to enter multiple times will result in disqualification.

Article 5: Selection of Winners

Winners will be determined by a random draw on September 2, 2024.

Article 6: Prizes

The prizes available in the contest are:

- A one-week stay at a Campings Liberté campground.

Prizes are neither exchangeable, refundable, nor transferable. Campings Liberté reserves the right to replace all or part of the prizes with equivalent value prizes.

Article 7: Awarding of Prizes

Winners will be notified by email within 5 days of the end of the Contest. The details of the prize distribution will then be communicated to the winners.

Article 8: Responsibilities

Campings Liberté cannot be held responsible if, for reasons beyond its control, the Contest is modified, postponed, or canceled.

Article 9: Protection of Personal Data

The information collected in connection with this Contest is processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Participants have the right to access, correct, and delete their data, which they can exercise by writing to contact@campingsliberte.com.

Article 10: Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the Contest implies full acceptance of these rules by the participants.

Article 11: Governing Law and Disputes

These rules are subject to French law. Any disputes related to the Contest will be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of Campings Liberté's headquarters.
